Not only that, his crew repaired our stucco walls. We had them remove the 1950's intercom ports and covered up those sites so well that you cannot tell that they were there. His crew always started on time 7:30am and cleaned up prior to leaving. Erick was always available for questions or any last minute changes. We would highly recommend them to anyone. We have now had Erick and company at ESR paint a few houses for us. We could not be happier. Each time the guys have been professional and very responsive to any request. We had ESR repaint my in-laws house and they are still talking about how happy they are with their newly painted house. They did a great job in a very timely manner & I highly recommend them! After receiving a few quotes we decided that Erick from ESR would be doing the work. Erick presented himself and his company in a professional manner. His process was unmatched by the other painting companies that we considered. Erick was upfront about what to expect and that communication would be key. Erick never let us down on a commitment and he communicated with us throughout the process. The team that was assigned to the job was outstanding. There was someone at the house every day from the beginning of the job until the end. Kevin took his time and paid special attention to the prep work that was done to the house. Not just replacing the wood that we had talked about and doing the standard sanding but also filling many small holes, cracks, and gaps. Carlos was very good also. Anytime that I had a question or concern I knew that Carlos would be able to handle it. He kept the project moving and made sure that the final product looks excellent. He noted the crispness of all the lines and that they must have spent time on the prep. It's good fortune finding this painter. They have started the working date as promised; finished whole house painting in 8 days straight. Premium grade paints are used. Upon completion, cleaned and disposed of all debris and trash. I got 3 quotes from different companies for the trim/eaves gate and railing, and ESR was in the ballpark with the others. What set them apart for me was that a salesmen with no painting experience didn't come for the quote. I got a detailed picture of what they would do, that the others wouldn't, and I wasn't disappointed. They did an exception job! Prepped, sanded, and primered everything! Not just "where needed" or "where required," or spot treatments like the others do. Covered all the windows, ground, etc for overstay. Painters were hardworking, polite and easy to work with.
