They did a great job in a very timely manner & I highly recommend them! Erick, the owner, is very knowledgeable with paint & helpful as he went over everything in detail with me & even painted some sample areas to help me choose the colors. Carlos led the excellent team of experienced painters & was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect & just the way we wanted. The painters' prep work was very thorough (even did quality stucco & wood repairs for us first) & our tenants mentioned to me that they were all very nice & polite too. Cosmo Kaminski2024-08-07I have recently had ESR paint my home. After receiving a few quotes we decided that Erick from ESR would be doing the work. Erick presented himself and his company in a professional manner. His process was unmatched by the other painting companies that we considered. Erick was upfront about what to expect and that communication would be key. Erick never let us down on a commitment and he communicated with us throughout the process. The team that was assigned to the job was outstanding. There was someone at the house every day from the beginning of the job until the end. Kevin took his time and paid special attention to the prep work that was done to the house. Not just replacing the wood that we had talked about and doing the standard sanding but also filling many small holes, cracks, and gaps. Carlos was very good also. Anytime that I had a question or concern I knew that Carlos would be able to handle it. He kept the project moving and made sure that the final product looks excellent. A friend of mine came to the house recently who has a very discerning eye. He was very impressed with the outcome. He noted the crispness of all the lines and that they must have spent time on the prep. He noticed that there was not even the smallest amount of paint on the patio where it meets the foundation of the house. I recommend Erick and his team at ESR Quality Paint with confidence that they will exceed your expectations.
Shing David2024-07-31It's good fortune finding this painter. They have started the working date as promised; finished whole house painting in 8 days straight. Premium grade paints are used. Upon completion, cleaned and disposed of all debris and trash. Here I want to extend my gratitude to Erick, Carlos and their crews for professionalism and craftsmanship.
Jeff Loftin2024-06-28I got 3 quotes from different companies for the trim/eaves gate and railing, and ESR was in the ballpark with the others. What set them apart for me was that a salesmen with no painting experience didn't come for the quote. I got a detailed picture of what they would do, that the others wouldn't, and I wasn't disappointed. They did an exception job! Prepped, sanded, and primered everything! Not just "where needed" or "where required," or spot treatments like the others do. Covered all the windows, ground, etc for overstay. Painters were hardworking, polite and easy to work with. Would definitely use them again.

They started by power washing, then patiently waited for it to dry before meticulously sanding every inch. Our house has intricate siding and layers of old paint, but they didn't miss a spot. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch—they arrived on time, cleaned up daily, and even managed to repair damage from a palm tree seamlessly.
