Erick and his team did an outstanding job prepping our century-old home for painting. They started by power washing, then patiently waited for it to dry before meticulously sanding every inch. Our house has intricate siding and layers of old paint, but they didn't miss a spot. Their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch—they arrived on time, cleaned up daily, and even managed to repair damage from a palm tree seamlessly. Erick and his crew did a phenomenal job painting our house, and for a very reasonable price! There were numerous areas that were peeling and damaged; they made everything look nearly brand new. Check out the before and after pictures for how improved it is. They were also very professional and communicative, adjusting their schedule around our needs. We are very pleased with the job that ESR Quality Painting did for us.  There was considerable  repair work to both the facia, flashing, and stucco and they did a great job.  The painting of the body and trim of the house is beautifully done with crisp lines.  The crew were neat, polite, punctual, and as unobtrusive as it was possible to be. The craftsmen were professional: cleaned up everyday, covered up all pertinent areas such as pavers & driveway, absolutely anything that needed covering, completed the job on time. Erick and his crew did an amazing job painting the exterior of our house and we could not be happier on how it turned out! Erick is friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. His guys are punctual, professional, and pay great attention to detail. We are impressed by all the detailed prep work that was done to the exterior of house even before the painting took place. Among the 7 painting companies I interviewed, I decided to choose ESR Quality Painting for several reasons:

1) Erick, the owner, is a very grounded person.  He impresses me that a wealth of knowledge about painting that others may not surpass.  While others just want to do a superficial job, grab the money, & run, Erick goes out of his way to prime first & adds a 2nd coating to ensure the painting quality will last.  The reasonable price is very justifiable!   Erick also identifies details of work that need to be done while others could not.

2) The crew works hard, is punctual, and reasonably handles any trivial tasks that are requested.

3) Erick is responsive & shows me a great sense of responsibility.  After the painting is done & minor problems appears, Erick returns & correct the problems.  He is very accountable.
